Low Calorie Fast Food Options

Sometimes there is no other option for eating except for fast food. I do not recommend this regularly but instead to prepare ahead with a meal prep inside a cooler. One of the main reasons is that you are not eating whole grains, lean meats, fruits and vegetables. The foods you get at a fast food restaurant are highly processed and full of sugar. This leads to you feeling hungry soon after eating. You will notice, there are not many sides listed. The fries and sides pack on the calories. But if it occurs, then here is a list of lower calorie options. This is not a list of lower carbohydrate options. Keep a copy on your phone so you can reference the options easily.
