Cancellation Policy

Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you have to cancel an appointment.

Being on Time

Please be on time for you appointments out of respect for our staff and other patients’ being seen in the office. If you are late, that causes us to be behind on the rest of the patients for the day. If you are 10 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment.
